• See the strenght in each other…

Posted on January 21st, 2010 Heidi No comments

Though every person has a message for us no matter whether we see this same or not. Finally, the other is a  mirror for us and point out our weaknesses or strengths and promote our personal growth. Nevertheless, now and again it is advisable to keep away from unpleasant people, until one is wide enough to learn the lessons from these people.

In the circle of friends or friend’s circle this  falls lighter. Finally, everybody can freely choose with whom he would like to be friends or not.

In the occupation we see this a little different. Often we must work in a team, if we like the other team members or not. Just it falls to many with closer relatives like parents, uncle, aunt, grandpa etc. heavier to say them clearly her mind or to go for them also clearly from the way.

If one finds the new boss unlikeable, it is mostly to be tried also difficultly the unsympathy by elusiveness.

Also I have some people in my life with whom I rather did not want to deal or so often together be like it must be by the circumstances. Often we have work or family, strong dogmas which do not permit us to go for the people in the informal or business sphere from the way. Here the tip of Mr. Kurt Tepperwein has helped me very much.

“Find in each person a little bit sympathetically.”

If you  search something that you find good in towards. Is it his business achievement, his clothes style, his car, his eyes, no matter what it is. Only one small thing and  concentrate you on this. You will see that this already absorbs the negative oscillation a little.

Please try it and find a little bit great in the other person all the time. You have a selfish boss? Maybe you find his achievement notable, or his urge for many plants in the office. You have an irritating aunt? If you think something in her that you find good and mean it really honestly. Since only the oscillation can change. But it is a powerful instrument to dam negative oscillations compared with another.

I try it every day and am surprised how well it functions. By the way, you can also try it with yourself. If you have a bad day and everything goes wrong in your opinion, then you make clear to yourself  some points which you find fantastically in yourself (and everybody have qualities and abilities which are unique and magnificent!).

Try it and see which result you became.

  • Decide what you want

Posted on May 21st, 2009 Heidi No comments

“Inside of every one of us is that tiny seed of the “you” that you were meant to become. Unfortunately, you may have buried this seed in response to your parents, teacher, coaches, and other adult role models as you were growing up.

You startet out as a baby knowing exactly what you wanted. You knew when you were hungry. You spit out the foods you din’t like and avidly devoured the ones you did. You had no trouble expressing your needs and wants. As you got older, you crawles around and moved toward whatever held the most interest for you. You were clear about what you wanted, and you headed straight toward it with no fear.

    So what happened?

Somewhere along the way, someone said:

    • Don’t touch that!
    • Stay away from there.
    • Keep your hands off that.
    • Eat everything on your plate whether you like or not!
    • You don’t really feel that way.
    • You should be ashamed of yourself!

As you got older, you heard:

    • You can’t have everything you want simply because you want it.
    • Money doesn’t grow on trees.
    • Stop beeing so selfish!
    • Stop doing what you are doing and come do what I want you to do!

After many years of these kinds of sanctions, most of us eventually lost touch with the need of our bodies and the desire of our hearts and somehow got stuck trying to figure out what other people wanted us to do. We learned, ho to act and how to be to get their approval. As a result, we now do a lot of things we don’t want to do. So take care and thing about this.

    Don’t live someone else’s dreams”

  • Guides or sign posts in our life

Posted on May 10th, 2009 Heidi No comments

We all meet people which are guides and sign posts for us. They do or say something which change or form our life in a way and leave one’s mark. Both in a negative and positive way.

The negative people, or better said what we perceive as negative, are guides for our life too. Why? Either they are an example how it isn’t working, or we have developed a strength because of their behaviour.

Positive guides, for example, are often poeple which support us in a new or stressful situation. They give us advice, help or put our mind at ease.

Guides and sign posts are coming into our life for a moment or sometimes even longer.

Take a few minutes to think about it. In which situations of your life have people left one’s mark? What do you have learned from them? How has your life changed after the encounter with them? Are there people which attend you over and over again? Do you have a person who “gives” you energy and you feel good as soon as you think about the person?

Think about it! You are not alone in this world. The energy of life is sending you guides or sign posts in all moments to support you. What you have to do is to recognize their messages. ;-)

  • Have a break

Posted on April 18th, 2009 Heidi No comments

In a society, where everyday life is dominated by stress and hecticness, people long for calm and quietness. Stress is all around and life is very fast. People have to managed permanent changes and are pinched for time. Burn-out, infarction and other illness are the consequence.

It’s important to have a break. Every day for a few minutes at work or better a few hours at evening. Please provide room for creativity, hobbies and relaxation. We all should recharge our batteries. That’s important for a healthy and happy life.

For people like me it isn’t easy to take a break. Workaholics means that they have to run, run, run. But that isn’t true. So please take time for yourself every day. And you’ll see that your life will be easier. ;-)

  • Importance of gratitude

Posted on March 23rd, 2009 Heidi No comments

An effective tool to use the law of attraction is the gratitude. If you are grateful for something, you are in good vibration and focus on what you want.

First step is to be grateful for all things do you have. Your house or flat, your food and drink, your partner, your animal, your flowers, your work…. You should be grateful for all of this! Important is to focus on the aspects which you think they are nice, good or which you are happy about.

To focus on the positive aspects you attract more of them in your life. So you should be attentive all time and grateful for all what you have. This can be “peanuts” like sunshine or your flower, too. Be grateful!
